THE  OWNERS

CHAD AND STEPHANIE HIGGINS MOVED TO SEWARD, ALASKA IN 2017 FROM AMARILLO, TEXAS. CHAD HONED HIS GRILLIN' SKILLS WHILE COOKING FOR SHINER BOCK AND MILLER LITE IN THE LONE STAR STATE. HE WASN'T JUST COOKING IN TEXAS, HE ALSO DEDICATED 22 YEARS TO THE FIRE SERVICE. AFTER SEEING THE LACK OF BBQ IN THEIR NEW NORTHERN HOME, CHAD DECIDED TO LEAVE THE FIRE SERVICE AND SHIFT HIS PASSION BACK TO BBQ. THE COUPLE KNEW OPENING A BBQ JOINT IN THEIR ALASKAN HOME WOULD BRING A LITTLE TEXAS TO THE LAST FRONTIER.

ALL OUR MEAT IS SMOKED IN TRADITIONAL TEXAS STYLE FROM OUR FALL-APART BRISKET TO OUR PULLED PORK. BOLD SMOKEY FLAVOR IS ALWAYS OUR GOAL.
